History
In 1975, Dave's father, Terry O'Neill, started Pacific Marine Survey, serving the Greater Portland metropolitan area. Dave worked as an apprentice under him beginning in 1994, and worked with him until his passing in 1999. He then changed the name to NW Marine Survey while continuing to carry on his father's legacy. Dave applies his extensive knowledge of Bayliner, Carver, Searay, and many other pleasure craft to make sure his clients are fully informed of the value and condition of their potential boat.
About Dave O'Neill
Dave was born in Portland, Oregon and raised in the Pacific Northwest's scenic boating community. He piloted his first boat at age 10, and has been navigating Oregon and Washington waterways ever since. Dave maintains his comprehensive knowledge of older boats and keeps up with current boating boating trends--touring building facilities, talking with service managers, and daily appraisals and surveys.
